Cassie was one of the models who walked the catwalk during the recent Town Center Fashion Show. You can see those images here. We started communicating via social media soon after. She’s just starting out her modeling career and I’m getting back into fashion photography so it made perfect sense to team up.

We quickly agreed to meet up at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach as it could provide so many different environments to shoot in. During our pre-shoot discussions we agreed that there were certain aspects of her that we wanted to show off. Her height and legs, for sure.
But then there were her eyes. You could get lost in those pools of changing color. One moment they looked green, the next they looked blue. I literally had to stop myself from doing just headshots after 15 minutes of nothing but them as I just kept finding new and exciting angles to show them off. The sun was setting, after all, and I couldn’t make it stop. So I reluctantly moved on with the promise that we would do more at a later date.
It was, simply put, an outstanding session. I can’t wait to create more with her.
Now, I know what most of you are thinking. “But Mark, I’m not a model. I could never do a session like this.” Au contraire. I offer The Model Experience sessions. It’s a session set up to make you feel just like a model.
We meet up, discuss your desires, and create a plan where you are the “model” and get to experience what it’s like on a fashion shoot. Then we do a two hour photo session on location or locations, with me giving tips and pointers as we shoot to capture you looking your best. You get doted on and treated like you are the center of the Universe.
And, honestly, who wouldn’t like to experience that? The bonus? You get pictures for proof to look at, and show others, for a lifetime.
