What can I say about my extraordinary friend Amira Smith? She has graced this site several times over the years and each time for something different. This time she reached out to me to cover her “Strong Snack” apparel line and “Give Back” event.
And what an awesome event it was. Women of all ages and fitness levels embracing the belief behind the #strongsnack logo – Strong is Sexy. AF. It’s all about self love, self motivation, and being comfortable just being you.
The event started at Amira’s Gym, Project SixKiller Performance, in Norfolk. The whole party then moved on to Paradise Nutrition in Virginia Beach for shakes and teas.
